Our Team
Justin Deflumeri, MS, GSP
Founder & Lead Trainer
Justin brings more than a decade of real-world safety experience to OSI, with a background that spans home inspections, manufacturing environments, and multi-site EHS leadership. Known for his hands-on teaching style, humor, and ability to break down OSHA language in a clear, accessible way, he’s built a training approach that teams actually enjoy.
Earlier this year, he completed a north-to-south run across the entire state of New Hampshire — the same grit and focus he brings to every training room, every job site, and every client relationship.
Today, he leads Optimal Safety with one goal: to make workplaces safer, smarter, and more confident — one team at a time.
